| dc.description.abstract | Akıllı kavramının ortaya çıkması ve hayatlarımıza dâhil olması ile bir arada yaşadığımız şehirler de bu kavramdan etkilenmiştir. Akıllı şehirler mobilite, ulaşım, bina, çevre, yaşan, yönetişim, sağlık, insanlar vb. birçok ögeyi içerisinde barındırmaktadır. Getirdiği teknolojik gelişimler ve dijital dönüşümlerle toplumun yaşam kalitesini arttırmayı ancak bunu sürdürülebilir bir şekilde yapmayı hedeflemektedir. Türkiye’nin metropolü İstanbul ise son yıllarda sürdürdüğü proje ve girişimlerle akıllı şehir projesi kapsamında pek çok uygulamayı sürdürmektedir. Ancak bu çalışma ile akıllı şehir projelerinin yansımaları, projedeki sürecin yönetimi ve projelerin geleceği saptamaya çalışılmıştır. Bu unsurlar için detaylı bilgi alınmak istendiğinden nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden biri olan mülakat tekniğine başvurulmuştur. İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi’nin farklı departmanlarında çalışan ancak akıllı projelerin yaşadığı sürece eşlik eden kişilerle yapılan mülakat ile çalışma sonucunda süreç yönetimi, etkileri ve yansımaları değerlendirilmiştir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | With the emergence of the concept of smart and its inclusion in people lives, the cities people live together have also been affected by this concept. Smart cities include lots of elements such as mobility, transportation, building, environment, living, governance, health, people, etc. Smart city aims to increase the quality of life of the society with the technological developments and digital transformations with a sustainable way. Istanbul, the metropolis of Turkey, continues many applications within the scope of the smart city project with the projects and initiatives it has carried out in recent years. On the other hand, this study has been tried to determine the reflections of smart city projects, the management of the process in the project and the future of the projects. Interview technique, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used to obtain detailed information about these elements. The process management, its effects and reflections were evaluated as a result of the interview with the people who work in different departments of Istanbul Metropolitian Municipality but accompany the smart projects as long as they live. | |
