Özet
The aim of this paper is to compare and analyze ideals of Catholic Social Teaching and medieval Ahi Brotherhood of Anatolia in terms of business ethic. We argue that Catholic social teaching and a branch of Islamic work ethic (Ahism) share similar values. This similarity reveal the opportunity to cooperate and to foster a more humanitarian workplace, particularly in multicultural organizations both for Catholics and Muslims.
