Cувдествукуг различные интерпретадии событии xıx века. мож- но с уверенностыо утверждатв, что с нашеи точки зренил, xıx век был периодом укрепленил влилнил европы над мусулвманами.1 влилние европы пролвилосв в трех взаимосвлзанных сферах. во-первых, окку- падил значителвнои части мусулвманских территории и их превра- вдение в составнуш частв капиталистическои системы; во-вторых, утверждение состолнин осажденности и распространение политичес- кого влилнил европы посредством проникновеник во внутренншш жизнв мусулвман в сферах права, финансов и образованил; в-третвих, растувдее влилние европеиских идеологии среди мусулвман.
This article is based on the socio-cultural views in the “İstanbul Letters” o f Fatih Karimi, who was included in the Müslim intellectual awakening movement in Russia. In this work, the author did not only summarize the events related to the Balkan War, but also presented important information about the social, economic, cultural and political life in İstanbul. In this respect, the “İstanbul Letters” is the primary resource about the relations between the Turks outside o f the Ottoman geography and the Ottomans at the beginning o f the 20th century.
