Akran zorbalığına müdahalede okul psikolojik danışmanlarının yaratıcı drama tutumlarının incelenmesi: TÜBİTAK 4005 projesi örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışma ile TÜBİTAK 4005 Bilim ve Toplum Yenilikçi Eğitim Uygulamaları tarafından desteklenen 119B118 numaralı “İçindeki Sen Zorbalığı Yen” adlı projenin, okul psikolojik danışmanları üzerinde akran zorbalığına müdahalede yaratıcı drama, psikodrama ve sanat terapisi uygulamalarını içeren eğitim programının yaratıcı drama tutumuna etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma grubunu Türkiye’nin 21 farklı ilinden Milli Eğitime bağlı okullarda görev yapmakta olan 30 okul psikolojik danışmanı oluşturmuştur. Proje akran zorbalığına müdahalede teorik ve uygulamalı etkinlikler ile tek eğitim dönemi olarak 07-11 Ekim 2020 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Projede katılımcılardan veri toplamak amacı ile Okvuran (2000) tarafından geliştirilen “Yaratıcı Drama Tutum Ölçeği” ile kapalı ve açık uçlu sorulardan oluşan “Görüşme Formu” kullanılmıştır. Proje çalışmasında uygulanan tutum ölçeğinden elde edilen öntest-sontest sonuçlarına göre, projeye katılan okul psikolojik danışmanlarının yaratıcı drama tutumları proje sonrasında anlamlı bir şekilde artış göstermiştir. Görüşme formundan elde edilen bilgilere göre ise katılımcıların büyük çoğunluğunun daha önce yaratıcı drama ile ilgili bir eğitim almadıkları ve projede aldıkları eğitim sonrasında öğrenmiş oldukları yöntem, teknik ve uygulamaları okullarında karşılaşacakları akran zorbalığı problemlerinde etkin olarak kullanacakları bilgisi elde edilmiştir. Verilen cevaplar nicel bulguyu desteklemiştir.

This study was aimed to determine the effect of the educational program, which includes creative drama, psychodrama and art therapy practices, on the intervention of peer bullying on school psychological counselors, with the project numbered 119B118, "You are the bully inside you" supported by TÜBİTAK 4005 Science and Society Innovative Education Applications. The study group consisted of 30 schools from 21 provinces of Turkey and the National Education affiliated school counselors were appointed. The project was carried out between 07-11 October 2020 as the only training period with theoretical and practical activities in the intervention of peer bullying. In the project, the "Creative Drama Attitude Scale" developed by Okvuran (2000) and the “Interview Form” consisting of closed and open-ended questions were used to collect data from the participants. According to the pre-test and posttest results obtained from the attitude scale applied in the project study, the creative drama attitudes of the school psychological counselors who participated in the project increased significantly after the project. According to the information obtained from the interview form, it was learned that the majority of the participants had not received any training on creative drama before and that they would use the methods, techniques and practices they learned after the training they received in the project effectively in the peer bullying problems they will encounter in their schools. The answers given supported the quantitative findings.
