Özet
Çin de Aralık 2019 tarihinde ortaya çıkan ve tüm Dünyayı etkisi altına alan ve Dünya Sağlık Örgütü tarafından pandemi ilan edilen COVİD-19 birden fazla hukuki sorunu beraberinde getirmiştir. Ölü sayısının artması, hastalığın bir anda ve çok hızlı bir şekilde yayılması, alınan önlemlerin ve tedbirlerin yetersizliği üst üste gelince Dünya genelinde kaosa sebep olan olağanüstü bir durum ortaya çıkmıştır. Ülkemizde Mart 2020 itibari ile pandeminin görülmesiyle birlikte bir dizi önlemler alınmaya başlanmış, özellikle yargılamada sürelerin durması ile birlikte adeta gündelik hayat ve birçok iş ilerleyemez hale gelmiştir. COVID-19 hukukun birçok alanını farklı şekillerde etkilemekle birlikte aile hukuku da pandemiden etkilenen hukuki alanlardan birisidir. Pandeminin aile hukuku üzerindeki etkileri nişanın bozulmasına, evlenmeye ve boşanma ile boşanmanın sonuçlarına ilişkin olmak üzere sınıflandırılabilecektir.
COVID 19, which emerged in China in December 2019 and which has been affecting the whole world and has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization, brought with it multiple legal problems. When the number of deaths increased, the disease spread spontaneously and very quickly, and the inadequacy of the measures and precautions taken, an extraordinary situation emerged causing worldwide chaos. With the pandemic seen in our country as of March 2020, a series of measures have been taken, especially with the cessation of periods in the trial, and almost everyday life and many jobs have not progressed. Although COVID-19 affects many areas of law in different ways, family law is one of the legal areas affected by pandemics. The effects of a pandemic on family law can be classified into distortion of the engagement, marriage and the consequences of divorce and divorce.
