| dc.description.abstract | Hizmet içi eğitim gerek mevcut bilgilerin tazelenmesi gerekse yeni bilgi ve becerilerin personele kazandırılması açısından kurumlar için önem arz etmektedir. Hizmet içi eğitimlerin personel açısından daha verimli performans yükseltici etkiye sahip olabilmesi için bu eğitimlere aktif katılım sağlayan personelin görüş ve önerileri önemli görülmektedir. Bu çalışmada hizmet içi eğitimin tanımı türleri İstanbul büyük şehit belediyesi itfaiye daire başkanlığı tarafından düzenlenen eğitimlerin türleri ve niteliği kavramsal çerçevede işlendikten sonra personelle yapılan mülakatlar çerçevesinde hizmet içi eğitimin etkileri ve daha etkili olabilmesi için personelin görüşleri sonuç kısmında değerlendirilecektir. | |
| dc.description.abstract | In service training plays a significant role for the constitutions in terms of renewing the knowledge and increasing the skills. It is important to get the opinion of active staff to make training more efficient and motivating. In this study, the types of in-service training, the description, types and quality of the training given by Metropolitan Municipality examined in conceptional frame and the interviews with the staff will show the effects of training. In order to make it efficient, the opinions of the staff also will be evaluated. | |
