dc.description.abstractThis book gathers revised and extended versions of the best papers presented at the Global Joint Conference on Industrial Engineering and Its Application Areas (GJCIE 2025), held in/from Istanbul, Turkey, on August 12-15, 2025, as a hybrid event. Continuing the tradition of previous volumes, the chapters highlight recent developments in industrial engineering methods for improving different kinds of business. Special emphasis is given to strategies integrating conventional engineering methods with intelligent algorithms and technologies to improve human-machine collaboration, business resilience, and sustainability.
