Energy is the “only currency” in the universe that “one of its many forms must be transformed to get anything done.”Likewise, energy is considered the source of “all-natural processes and human actions in the world” from the beginning. In this regard, the history of humankind can also be understood and categorized by inquiring about humans’ ability to move prime movers and create “anthropogenic energy systems.” In other words, assessing prime movers and anthropogenic energy systems, “that is any arrangement whereby the humans use the Earth’s resources to improve their chances of survival and to enhance their quality of life,” together provide valuable ground tohave a better insight about our history and to categorize it…
