Abstract

This paper undertakes a comprehensive analysis of the paramilitary entity known as VoMa in Armenia, emerging as a novel threat and presenting challenges to regional stability. Despite its lack of scholarly attention, the group’s potential regional implications for Azerbaijan and Türkiye necessitate focused examination.
