| person.bio | Erdem İzzet Külçür graduated from Istanbul Ticaret University Law Faculty in 2011. He obtained his attorney's license from the Istanbul Bar Association in 2013, and his LLM and Ph.D. degrees at Galatasaray University in 2014 and 2020 respectively. He conducted his postgraduate research as a visiting researcher at the Max-Planck-Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law and as a visiting scholar at the Franz von Liszt Institute for International Criminal Law & Justice at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. Dr. Külçür worked as a research assistant at the Department of Criminal Law at Istanbul Ticaret University before he joined Ibn Haldun University in 2021. His research interests are, in particular, terrorism, international criminal law, and transnational criminal law. | |
