Molla Gürânî’nin Gâyetü’l-Emânî Tefsirinde temel kaynaklarına yönelttiği itirazlar

Abstract

İslâmî ilimlerin hemen hemen her alanında eserler kaleme almış olan Molla Gürânî (ö. 893/1488), Anadolu’ya geldikten sonra Hanefî mezhebine geçmiş ve müderris olarak tayin edilmiştir. Sonrasında Şehzade Mehmed’in hocalığı görevine getirilen Gürânî, Fatih döneminde şeyhülislamlık makamında yer almış ve imparatorluğun hukukî anlamda birçok açıdan yeni bir döneme girmesini sağlamıştır. Birçok ilimde öne çıkmış olan Molla Gürânî çeşitli alanda eserler ortaya koymuştur. Tefsir, hadis, usul, fıkıh, kıraat, nahiv ve belâgat gibi ilimlerde temayüz eden Gürânî, bu alanların her birinde özgün eserler telif etmiş ve bu eserlerinin hemen hemen hepsinde tenkitçi kişiliğini konuşturmuştur. Bu eserler arasında öne çıkan eseri ise Gâyetü’l-emânî başlıklı tefsiridir. Bütün klasik tefsirlerde yer alan temel özelliklere haiz olan bu tefsirde Gürâni, âyetleri sarf, nahiv ve belâgat açısından incelemiş; kendisinden önce yazılan tefsir, gramer, hadis, fıkıh, kelam vd. alanlara ait kaynaklardan alıntılar yapmış ve yaptığı alıntıların bir kısmını ciddi tenkite tabi tutmuştur. Tüm bunları göz önüne aldığımızda şunu söylebiliriz ki Gürânî, kendi çağdaşları arasında özgün tefsir ve tenkit anlayışına sahiptir. Makalede, Gürânî’nin tenkit üslûbu, bu çerçevede Gâyetü’l-emânî tefsirinin rivayet ve dirayet özellikleri incelenmiş ve eserin muhtevasına dair detaylara yer verilmiştir.

Molla Gürânî (d. 893/1488), who wrote works in almost every field of Islamic sciences, converted to the Hanafi sect and was appointed as a professor after he came to Anatolia. Gürânî, who was later appointed as the tutor of Mehmed II, took place in the office of shaykh al-Islam during the Fatih the Conqueror period and enabled the empire to enter a new era in many aspects in terms of law. Molla Gürânî, who has come to the fore in many sciences, has produced works in various fields. Gürânî, who excelled in sciences such as exegesis, hadith, fıqh, syntax and rhetoric, wrote original works in each of these fields and made his criticism personality speak in almost all of these works. The most prominent work among these works is his exegesis titled Gâyetü'l-emânî. In this work, which has the basic features found in all classical commentaries on Quran, Gürânî examined the verses in terms of usage, syntax and rhetoric; exegesis, grammar, hadith, fıqh, kalam etc. written before him. He made quotations from the sources belonging to the fields and subjected some of his quotations to serious criticism. Taking into all this consideration, we can state that Gürânî has a unique understanding of interpretation and criticism among his contemporaries at that time. In this article, Gürânî's criticism style, narration and insight features of Gâyetü'l-emânîare examined in this context, and details about the content of the work and the importance of his work as a whole will be given in-depth.
