dc.description.abstractBu çalışmada, Diyarbakır Ahmedi Hani Anadolu Lisesi’nde görev yapan öğretmenler arasında okul iklimi algısının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla tesadüfi yöntemlerle ve gönüllülük esaslı seçilen 30 öğretmen ile görüşme yapılmıştır. Görüşme formunda 7 farklı görüşme sorusu sorularak; öğretmenler arasında okul iklim algısı, öğretmenlerin okul yönetimi, meslektaşları, öğrenciler ve velilerle olan ilişkileri ve okul müdürünün tutumlarına dair görüşleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak elde edilen veriler, içerik analizi tekniği ile yorumlanmıştır.
dc.description.abstractIn this study, it was aimed to determine perfection of school climate among teachers working at Diyarbakir Ahmedi Hani Anatolian High School. Fort his purpose, interwies were conducted with 30 teachers selected by random methods and on a voluntary basis. By asking 7 different interwiev questions in the interwiev from; in this study, it was tried to determine the perfection of the school climate among teachers, their relations with school management, colleagues, students and parents and the attitudes of the school principal. The data obtained by using the face-to-face interwiev method interpreted with the content analysis technique.
